We remain convinced that this cooking technique will have a major role to play, particularly within the first colonies on Mars or the Moon. After a necessary adaptation linked to specific constraints, Man will be able to cook the resources grown on site. Our experiments on in-flight solar cooking are destined to contribute to the beginnings of the extra-terrestrial future of this technique.
